In generel this is a good printer and works great with Linux. With a network interface (UTP) and PostScript Level 3, what can go wrong?
There is one thing for C5450n, C5450, C5250, C5510 and C5540 and that is the replacement of the toner cartridge. It is not easy and you should carefully read the manual. OKI do know this as there is a lot of signs, documentation and so on regarding the change of the cartridge.
As you might guess, I handled the toner cartridge and the image drum wrong. I had a really bad luck and had to buy a new toner cartridge and a new image drum and this is almost as expensive as buying four new cartridges and four new image drums. I have been working with printers and computers more 20 years and this is worst printer I have ever laid my hands on. It is very difficult to replace the toner cartridge so be carefull out there. It is a nightmare.
